Acceptance of Terms

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on bf44:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. bf44 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, fund withholding, and permanent closure — in response to any of the following:

bf44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Account actions may be taken in response to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, incomplete verification, or at the player's own request via the responsible gaming self-exclusion or voluntary closure process.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the bf44 support team via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (after deducting any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

• Termination for Breach: Accounts closed due to a breach of these terms will have any remaining balance reviewed. Balances derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds not linked to prohibited activity may be returned at bf44's discretion.
